Family is at the center of our lives. The time that we spend together means everything, and for our family, our time spent outdoors brings us the most joy of all. Our kids love to be outdoors; playing sports or out “exploring.” My wife and I can readily see that being free to express themselves in the great outdoors positively enhances their lives, and it shows in their smiles and extreme vitality! Earth Oven has become an integral part of our “great outdoor” experience, camping or every-day cooking joy.

Rick – Inventor & CEO

Dedicated to the family Earth Oven experience. Good food prepared in a quality, long-lasting and functional cooking tool, at a fair price, one that’s easy to assemble, easy to use, and with a proven application, Earth Oven.

Lyuda – Customer Service & Accounting

The glue! Family is everything, but we all know it’s a lot of work! It takes a huge effort to do all that Lyuda does to give our kids a “normal,” balanced life while contributing mightily to the success of our Earth Oven venture,
with warmth and a dedicated and energetic work ethic. It’s a true mystery! How does she find the time to accomplish so much for our family and our Earth Oven Family? We all appreciate her to the moon and back! Lyuda likes to hike, bike, and she much enjoys her early morning walks! Yet, like most women, she also enjoys shopping. Truth be known, however, I think she enjoys finding value in what she buys as much as the item she’s buying.

She enjoys cooking most of all, and it shows. You can taste it! She’s daring and creative, a seasoned veteran with the Earth Oven, and her new recipes are gaining tremendous traction with Earth Oven chefs!
Ssshhh, don’t say anything, but she’s quietly working on our first Earth Oven Cook Book, with recipes new and old; some that go way back in time!

Vadim – Product Manufacturing

Vadim has been involved in the “earth oven concept” from the beginning. He’s determined, and exhibits strong engineering skills as demonstrated when digging our first earth oven “pit” in some of the hardest desert soil around, decomposed granite. Don’t be surprised if he takes home some ribbons and trophies from the BBQ competitions coming up. Vadim enjoys hunting and fishing, and his skills at Earth Oven placement and cooking make for a most enjoyable experience when camping.

Vadim also enjoys other outdoor sports as well, this year having turned into an invaluable goalie for his soccer team the “Galaxy.” He’s right at home in the net. A natural.

Adriella – Marketing

Adriella is full of life! Always smiling, and laughing and she loves to create! With a good sense of what she wants, what others want, and being very determined by nature, marketing and sales comes natural. She loves to play with her toys, play house, tea parties and the like, and she enjoys feeding the fish in our backyard pond.

When she is not coming up with a new Earth Oven “marketing pitch,” Adriella also trains in gymnastics and plays soccer for her team the “Caterpillars,” where she leads her league in goals scored!

Annalise – Loss Prevention

We’re still undecided as to who gets the credit for little Annalise’s determination. She sure dictates more focus than her weight might suggest! She’s perfect for handling internal business risks and keeps the Company “shrinkage” to a minimum. She, like her sister, enjoys gymnastics training, particularly the high bars! Our living room has become the preferred place for her training routine, and she also enjoys her early morning walk with her mom and sister.
